Special Olympics Australia has unveiled its new Club Resource Centre (CRC), a dynamic online hub designed to equip volunteers with best-practice templates, guides, and resources to enhance Club operations.

The new platform serves as a one-stop shop, offering essential tools to support the vital work of volunteers across the country. From governance and fundraising guides, to coaching templates and inclusion strategies, the Club Resource Centre aims to strengthen local Clubs, build capability and improve the experience for athletes, families, and supporters.

Special Olympics Australia CEO Pierre Comis highlighted the importance of empowering Special Olympics Clubs, stating: "Our volunteers are the backbone of Special Olympics Australia, and the Club Resource Centre is designed to support and empower them to succeed. By providing easy access to best-practice resources, we are helping our Clubs to grow, thrive, and continue delivering life-changing opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism."

The initiative is a key strategic deliverable and aligns with Special Olympics Australia's ongoing commitment to inclusion, participation, and grassroots development. The organisation encourages all Club leaders to explore the new platform and take advantage of the comprehensive support available.
